Gentlemen:
This is in reference to your submission of SD 1&2 forms with plans
received in this office on' September 19, 1930 requesting house connection
drains for ths above mentioned location.
Please be advised that a proposed storm, server for 12th revenue botv/een
34th and 39th Streets, to which several storm house connection drains
are proposed, is presently under design by our Sower Design Division.
In the hydraulic design of this sewsr, have accounted for all the
proposed storm discharge from ths site, but no storm house connections
can be permitted until said sewer is built and accepted. f..
The following are our requirements for the ri ^rgee:
Ths allowable sanitary flow from the sits into ths existing 4’-0*’ x
2'-8" combined sewer in 12th Avenue ia 2.0 c.f.s..
Ths allowable sanitary flow from the sits into t>is axiating 4*-0"
2’-8'’ combined sewer in 39th Street is 0.19 c.f.s..
Kindly note that flows from the proposed house connections must enter
the sewers by gravity alone.
