Hi - I am forwarding the information below about a Seminar this Saturday, 10/14, for people who worked at or in the vicinity of the WTC, in case you didn’t receive. I am also reminding you that I need your responses to the WTC Survey I emailed to you on Wednesday, 10/11, by noon today, so I can turn in to Mike Gilsenan.

a) did become ill from rescue/recovery/clean-up work, or b) worry about possibly becoming ill in the future.
