Hi - I am forwarding the information below about a Seminar this Saturday, 10/14, for people who worked at or in the vicinity of the WTC, in case you didn’t receive. I am also reminding you that I need your responses to the WTC Survey I emailed to you on Wednesday, 10/11, by noon today, so I can turn in to Mike Gilsenan.

This Saturday, October 14, 2006, DC37 is having a seminar for those individuals who worked at "Ground Zero" or in the "vicinity of Ground Zero" (south of Canal Street) from September 11, 2001-September 12, 2002 and who
a) did become ill from rescue/recovery/clean-up work, or b) worry about possibly becoming ill in the future.
