IA & (1)(a)(b) Worked at 110 Maiden Lane Help Center starting on 9-18-01 until 11/16/01. Tasks included assisting businesses to restart operations and provide info on financing etc. sources and other sources of assistance. During period of work at 110 Maiden I was e:-.rolled in a city-funded health insurance.
