Hello everyone.

Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline operators Wednesday, March 27, 2002. We received 4 messages this morning from voicemail: 1 was from Rose, 1 was from a lady following-up on indoor testing, 1 was an air­ purifier question, and 1 was a hang-up.

22 total calls received from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

6 were cleaning questions 3 were about the outdoor environment 2 were requests for indoor air testing 8 were for the old WTC hotline 3 were "other" questions TOTAL = 22

As of 12:30 PM today (Thursday, March 28) we had received 8 calls to the hotline.
