Hello everyone.

Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline operators Friday, March 22, 2002. We received 10 messages this morning from voicemail: 1 was for old WTC hotline, 1 was from an upset lady whom Rose will follow-up with, and the other 7 were hang-ups.

24 total calls received from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

2 were cleaning questions 11 were about the outdoor environment 2 were requests for indoor air testing 5 were for the old WTC hotline 4 were "other" questions or hang-ups TOTAL = 24

As of 12:45 PM today (Monday, March 25) we had recieved 15 calls to the hotline.
