FEMA has requested certain additional information concerning the worksheets we submitted. Below is specific questions that were asked concerning your bureau.

Haz-Mat Operations

The second page of the narrative identifies six contracts (air monitoring, vacuum truck, haz-mat equipment, etc.) we will need a copy of the contracts (these may be draft copies if they have not been finalized) in order for us to understand the scope of work and begin drafting the project worksheets. I believe that this group of contracts represents a substantial amount of eligible work and it is important for us to get this information.

In addition the only PS costs forward ward to Revenue and Claims was for the week of September 9th. Where are the sheets for the following 12 weeks? It is imperative that we submit the costs ASAP or no reimbursement will be forthcoming
