I Re: Status of DEP’s Hazardous Material projects I have discussed the status of the HAZMAT project worksheets with Stan Stemp, the project officer in charge of the DEP. He informed me that all the project worksheets have been started, however, they cannot be finalized because information is coming in slow despite the frequent conversations requesting the information from the respective DEP representatives.

Please inform the DEP representative that the information is of high priority and that funding cannot be granted unless this information is provided.

I understand that these departments have their daily work to perform. however, if they could dedicate some time to gather this information then we can complete the worksheets and allocate the funding.

Attached is a summary of the project worksheets for DEP’s Hazardous Material division and their corresponding status. The summary shows the missing information. i Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
