D %e, Rc arding Representative Nadler's request that we identify how many residents of 105 Duane Street are still receiving assistance, we discussed at yesterday's FRO meeting that the TX NPSC indicated there were no applicants at 105 Duane Street still receiving assistance, however Bryan.search.of-seeveral of our inquiries indicated otherwise. Nadler's office contacted us again today specifically regarding _ PII and indicated the date for EPA cleaning her apartment ,.s March 26 (her rental assistance runs out March 1).
Tre- importance of responding to the more general request (how many are still receiving assistance) is now elevated gi .; n Nadler's request for a 2/21/03 meeting with Brad.
