I hope that you do not mind that I gave your name to Susan Jhun (NY1) as a NYC DEP contact on 114 Liberty. Just hold the party line. I stuck to what we discussed yesterday. You will be done with the cleaning in March and then as soon as the building is habitable, our aid is over. The 114 Liberty people are telling her that you need 3 months to clean and cannot start in cold weather, and the facade has to be fixed and on and on.
