Sarah, please see the attached service request report from our Maintenance Division. It shows that we responded to a street cave-in and discovered multiple service line breaks. Usually, an undetected break will wash away the soil ip the area that causes a sink hole and the possibility of other breaks. There is no mention of the retaining wall in the report.

Nick, will forward to you the scope sketches for the retaining wall project. The water main replacements are added to capital projects based on age requirements. All water mains in a Capital Contract today get replaced if they were installed prior to 1970. Thanks
