The following times we attempted to inspect the apartment at 90 Gold street: December thrice - the superintendent said that the apartment was recently handed over to a new tenant and he did not have the tenants telephone number as yet. In addition, the apartment was completely cleaned and painted before the tenant moved in.

On Friday April 12, 2002 (9:30 am), I again followed up for the inspection at 90 Gold street. I met with the building Superintendent Anthony Medina. He informed me that the telephone number for the tenant atL Pjj.Jhas been disconnected. The notice I had left along with a business card.was .still.at..... the same location on the door. Apartment now belongs to a '1___ _______

Saturday April 13, 2002 (10 am) I visited the apartment again and rang the bell again. There was no response. The card and notice was still on the door.

Saturday April 20, 2002 (9:30 am) no response at apartment. Card left at door again.

Tuesday April 23, 2002 (7pm) no one at apartment. PS according to the superintendent Tony, this apartment was re-occupied since the sampling by a new tenant. As a result, it was completed cleaned and re-painted.

We will make another attempt to conduct an inspection this weekend.
