FYI

—Original Message From: Lutchmedial, CarisUen Sent: Tuesday, April 16, 2002 7:16 AM To: Radhakrishnan, Krish Subject: 90 Gold Street On Friday April 12, 2002 (9:30 am), I again followed up for the inspection at 90 Gold street. I met with the building Superintendent Anthony Medina. He informed me that the telephone number for the tenant at 19B has been disconnected. The notice 1 had left along with a business card was still at the same location on the door.

Saturday April 13, 2002 (10 am) I visited the apartment again and rang the bell again. There was no response. The card and notice was still on the door.

PS according to the superintendent Tony, this apartment was re-occupied since the sampling by a new tenant. As a result, it was completed cleaned and re-painted.

Robert Knowles of the ATSDR said that the sample taken was a micro vacuum sample.
