Attached is a summary of the information presented at the 12/21/01 WTC Joint Incident Command thrice weekly (M-W-F) meeting.
With regard to the development of a Hazardous Materials incident Response Plan indicated in the summary, I will find out more information about it and forward the details to D/C Avaltroni for further action.
