.\ceess .issues: Access to Red Zone will be changing as of 2400 Irrs on Friday' Sept. 2S., 2001. DEP employees will no longer need a Red Pass to access the Red Zone. DEP identification plus another form of photo ID i.« al! that wi ll be required.

Contractors to DEP will be required to obtain the new White Pass. Update: Request for air yampiing by LUIan Fcruandez, Chief of Staff, OEM " ' PB .spoke to 1. Fernandez. She didn’t know specifics but will took into it. PB advised that DEP will wait until further information is available.

Truck routes: PB re’emphasized the importance of es tablishing defined truck routes and better wash-dewm procedures, PB suggested that OEM take the lead on this since it seems not to be moving forward.
