Jmd not in lieu of, any approval or authorization otherwise required for this Cxiiract to be effective and for the expenditure of City' funds.
ARTICLE 19. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
1. All disputes fagwecn the Chy and the supplier ofthe kind delineated in this secnon that aise under, or fax* virtue of this Contract shall be finally resolved in acconiancc with the provisions of this secdon and Ssedoa 5-11 of the Rales of the Procurement Policy Board ("PPB Rules’ ’). The procedxne foricsoiving ail disputes of die kind deliueaied herein shall be the exclusive means of resoiving any such disputes. -
(a) This section snail not triply to disputes concerning matters dealt with in other secdoos of die PPB Rales or to disputes involving patents, copynghts, trademaiks, or trade secrets (as interpreted fay the courts of New York Stare) relating to proprietary rights in computer software.
