Emergency Dust Abatement PLEASE READ To the City of New York We here at Environmental Products and Applications and Soil Stabilization Products Company, Ine., wish to express our sincerest condolences to the people of the City of New York. We truly lament the tragedy that occurred in your great city and we are moved by the ongoing relief and cleanup effort by courageous city workers end volunteers. We too would like to volunteer our services to tire people of New York. Environmental Products and Applications and Soil Stabilization Products Company, Inc. are leaders in the dust control industry. With our product, Envirotac n, we have been extremely successful at elimi­ nating fugitive dust and containing contaminated soils. Envirotac U is an environmentally safe liquid acrylic polymer that can be applied by any equipment that sprays water. It can be diluted and mixed with either fresh or salt water for application. When applied, Envirotac n will bond soil particles together denying air borne contaminmts from entering *he atmosphere, greatly reduce odors escaping from soils and debris, and prevent rain water from relocating soils. Our product will be an effective solution to restoring air quality and preventing contaminated soils and particulate debris from leaching into streets and drainage systems.

We are willing to donate our product and our expertise to help ud New York City is this crisis situation. We have 30,000 gallons, or more ifneeded, of Envirotac II product (available approximately 100 miles from New York City) and con ship on an immediate basis at no ch^e. We have technical staff avail* able for support by telephone, or on site iftransportation can be arranged.
