Cleanup Result Summary Map Below is a map detailing testing results for the Indoor Air Residential Assistance - WTC Dust Cleanup Program. Asbestos exceedances may be due to other sources than the collapse of the World Trade Center. Multiple samples have been taken for each residence. The cleanup area has been broken down into modified census block groups, outlined in gray on the map. As noted in the legend, white areas are those in which no samples have been taken (Note that some of these areas, such as the pier along the East River, City Hall Park, etc. do not contain residences)..

Green, light blue, or dark blue areas are areas where samples have been taken - with each color denoting the percent of samples that exceeded EPA’s stringent clearance criteria.

• Green - no samples taken exceeded EPA’s criteria. • Light Blue - up to 1% of the samples taken exceeded EPA’s criteria. • Dark Blue - more than 1% but less than 10% of the samples taken have exceeded EPA’s criteria.
