HIGHLIGHTS:
1. AGP was among the first program to post complete copy of their rules on the Department’s web page. In addition Asbestos notification forms have been redesigned and posted in the website for public to download. 2. Consolidated Edison of New York has set up a computer within ACP offices for electronic submittal of asbestos notification forms. We are planning to implement a similar procedure for the regulated community in the near future. 3. In December 2000 Mr. Carlstein Lutchmedial was given an award for his excellent enforcement work and referring cases to US Attorney’s Office. 4. WTC
