I asked them if any sampling was done to determine the presence of ACM and they said no. T PH i ....pLJhad been present at a meeting I had with the tenants and their attorney, the landlord, and an asbestos investigator sometime ago. At that meeting they had agreed that more sampling would be done to determine the presence of ACM. However, [ PII isaid that they had decided that they would forego the sampling and clean their apartments on their own. When it is cleaned to their satisfaction, the owner Samson Management would do a re-occupancy testing. At this time they requested that DEP don’t do any testing.
