RE: CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN DEP AND THE EPA PERTAINING TO 9/13 In preparation for hearing on the Air Quality in Lower Manhattan to take place in December of this year, the Select Committee on Lower Manhattan Redevelopment, chaired by Council Member Alan Gerson, requests certain documents and/or correspondence you may have pertaining to the events of September 11*
Specifically we are seeking any guidelines the EPA may have given or provided to the Department of Environmental Protection as guidance and any correspondence pertaining to testing the air quality in lower Manhattan and who would be responsible.
