In preparation for hearing on the Air Quality in Lower Manhattan to take place in December of this year, the Select Committee on Lower Manhattan Redevelopment, chaired by Council Member Alan Gerson, requests certain documents and/or correspondence you may have pertaining to the events of September 11th
ecifically we are seeking any guidelines the EPA may have given or provided to the E epartment of Environmental Protection as guidance and any correspondence pertaining testing the air quality in lower Manhattan and who would be responsible.
Please direct this letter to the records department or appropriate personnel who would have this information. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
