Subject: Hotline Flyers
Roger Hayes from Community Health Works just informed us that
the flyer publicizing the hotline is printed and ready to distribute.
His staff will flyer a few blocks today but most of the flyer distribution will
be tomorrow and Monday. The flyer will be placed throughout Lower
Manhattan (south of Canal). in residential buildings, office buildings,
restaurants, post offices, stores, houses of worship, and schools. They will also be given to organizations to distribute.
NOTE: Some of the schools have asked for flyers in Chinese and
Spanish and these will be translated and ready to distribute probably
Wed - Friday next week (3/27 - 3/29) so we may start to receive calls
later next week that require the Language Line.
