• closing, at a rate of reimbursement to be agreed between the parties that is based on a prorata share of expenses of operating the sanitary sewer system.
• Heat: At the request of Hutch, heat will be provided until March 31, 2002. If Hutch requests such heat service after OMRDD vacates BDC, Hutch agrees to reimburse OMH for such heating costs at the same method of rate of reimbursement that OMRDD provides to OMH presently.
Water: No water shall be provided to Hutch after the property title closing.
Assignment: No party shall assign or transfer its interests in or obligations under this Agreement to any other person or entity without prior notification of the other party.
Closing: This Agreement shall survive closing of the title to the Sales Parcel.
