On June 8, 2001, the Department of Environmental Protection issued a sealed competitive bid for the procurement of water meter reading citywide. Pursuant to Section 312a of the City Charter, the Department of Environmental Protection has assembled the following for you to provide the Comptroller:
- A sample cover letter to Comptroller Hevesi to be sent with your signature affixed; - A description of the proposed scope of work; - An analysis describing the costs and benefits of performing such service with DEP employees; and - All supporting documentation.
