Dear Mayor Giuliani:

In the wake of the events of September 11, Starbucks Coffee Company would like to commrad the heroic and tireless cffatts of the mm and women of New York City who continue to work hard carrying out the recovery and cleanup efforts at the site of the World Trade Center.

Starbucks would Like to set up a kiosk, open sewn days a week. 24 horns a day, at the disaster site offering free cofli c. tea and fresh pastries to the fire fighters, police officers. and other workcers at the-sita. Starbucks won't forget the devastating tragedy New York has suffered. The kiosk would remain at the site wail the completion of all the cleanup.)

1 will be in New York City on October 9 and 10 and, if your schedule permits, I would like to meet with you and discuss our proposal and to seek your assistance in implementing it TI these two days do not work far you, I can make arrangements to extend my travel to New York and be available on October 11 or 12.
