16. Disengage the local capture system and relocate to another section of the duct to
be cleaned.
17. Prior to dismantling work area preparations, clean the interior walls of temporary containments using wet-wiping or HEPA _vacuum methods. The cleaning of work area preparations is a precautionary measure intended to minimize the potential for spreading dust or debris outside of the work area.
18. Occupied areas or common areas in which fan unit cleaning is accomplished, will be cleaned as common spaces using the common space unit prices, immediately after the HVAC cleaning is complete.

All specified cleaning is being performed after the installation of negative pressure ventilation equipment and system isolation devices. To date, none of personal air samples collected during the indoor dust cleaning program exceeded 0.1 f/cc asbestos. Based on past personal monitoring results which was conducted during Scope A and Scope B cleanings, previous residential monitoring, the condition of the systems to be cleaned and the required engineering controls which contain and move dust within the ventilation system thereby keeping it away from the workers breathing zone, it is reasonable to expect that personal air samples will not exceed 0.1 f/cc. Based on the above, the work area will not be considered as regulated area. The cleaning contractor shall collect personal air samples on workers and submit the results of sampling within 48 hours to establish personal exposure data for this work. If large accumulations of dust or debris are observed during the work or personal air samples exceed 0.1 f/cc work practices and engineering controls will be reevaluated and revised accordingly.
