From: Lutchmedial, Carlstien Sent: Tuesday, October 22, 2002 3:23 PM To: • Radhakrishnan, Krish Cc: . Theodorellys, Penny; Plumptre, Alphonso; Rammohan, Ramasubbu Subject: 55 Liberty St Today I called Steve of TRIO about they status of 55 Liberty st. I have was informed that some damage occurred last Wednesday Oct., 16, 2002 due to high winds on Eastside. Steve informed me that the damage was restricted to a wooden flag pole, a sign in the restaurant, and chip on the concrete portion of the facade. They have met with the owners and are trying to make arrangements to repair the damage. At this time the North side has been placed on hold by the neighboring landlord. He does not want the scaffold on his roof. This is because of some problems he had with the owners of 55 Liberty St. As of now everything is on hold.
