On January 27, 2003 I conducted an inspection at the above address along with two tenants. The purpose of the inspection was to make a determination of the interior sheet rock walls for WTC debris. At this time, only two spaces were accessible for inspection on the 5th floor. One of the walls interior (back to back with another sheet rock wall) and the other was a sheet rock wall against the exterior perimeter wall of the building. In both areas visible WTC was observed along with fallen insulating material. There was some confusion as to what was being referred to as exterior walls in the beginning. However, this was cleared up as being the interior perimeter walls. The spaces inside the perimeter walls and interior wall are contiguous.
