Dear Mr. Landman:

Enclosed is a set of documents outlining a scope of work that calls for temporarily altering existing duct work and fresh air intakes at 90 & 100 Trinity. This plan was deemed acceptable by the Board of Education at an August 3=d meeting with the BOE, Copper Group and Airtek Environmental. The Copper Group has agreed to incur the cost of making these necessary alterations.
