General Comments

1. The Table of Contents should reference the page that a specific section can be found.

Done.

2. Remove statements as to Airtek's assumptions of expected negative sampling results in Sections 3.2, 3.3, 4.2, and 4.4. The actual analytical sampling results for all of the building components will determine the conclusions.

Text has been edited to reflect results. No assumptions were made based on this data. It was used to be indicative of conditionsfor project preplanning.

Section 1.3, Paae 3, 3 sentence:

3. Include the word "under" after "project will occur."

Done.

Section 2.0, Paae 4, Bullet Item 2.1:

4. Remove "Regulated".

Done.

Section 2.0, Page 4, Bullet Item 2.3:

5. No list of the current inventory of materials to be removed from the buildings has been provided. Consequently, if any of the following items are contained within the building, or on the roofs of the buildings, these items should be added to the list of materials in this section: mercury-containing electrical switches, mercury thermostats, lead-based painted components, used oil, fuel, and batteries. Additionally, if any of the aforementioned waste streams pertain to the building, the characterization, management, storage, transport, and disposal of these waste streams should be incorporated into the Waste Sampling and Management Plan.

A building re-inspection was conducted on 9/15/2005. The inventory list is included a Attachment B to this Part.
