General Comments
1. The Table of Contents should reference the page that a specific section can be found.
Done.
2. Remove statements as to Airtek's assumptions of expected negative sampling results
in Sections 3.2, 3.3, 4.2, and 4.4. The actual analytical sampling results for all of the
building components will determine the conclusions.
Text has been edited to reflect results. No assumptions were made based on this
data. It was used to be indicative of conditionsfor project preplanning.
Section 1.3, Paae 3, 3 sentence:
3. Include the word "under" after "project will occur."
Done.
Section 2.0, Paae 4, Bullet Item 2.1:
4. Remove "Regulated".

Section 2.0, Page 4, Bullet Item 2.3:
5. No list of the current inventory of materials to be removed from the buildings has been
provided. Consequently, if any of the following items are contained within the building,
or on the roofs of the buildings, these items should be added to the list of materials in this
section: mercury-containing electrical switches, mercury thermostats, lead-based painted
components, used oil, fuel, and batteries. Additionally, if any of the aforementioned
waste streams pertain to the building, the characterization, management, storage,
transport, and disposal of these waste streams should be incorporated into the Waste
Sampling and Management Plan.
A building re-inspection was conducted on 9/15/2005. The inventory list is
included a Attachment B to this Part.
