were collected of dust/debris from various locations. A total of twenty-three (23) dust samples were collected.

All samples collected were transported to an independent certified laboratory, EMSL Analytical, for analysis. Samples were analyzed utilizing Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) Methodology via the NY State ELAP 198.1 method. Dust Samples were tested negative for presence of asbestos. Please see Section V for locations and results.

All surfaces affected such as but not limited to the air-handling units, passenger/ freight elevators, main lobby, secondary lobbies, staircases and affected suites were wet wiped and HEPA vacuumed by a licensed asbestos contractor. All air filters within the said fan

0 units wore removed and disposed of as asbestos waste.

In addition to the above, CTS! performed ]Dust Particulate testing from various areas of the building. Dust Particulates were collected utilizing a Nephelometric Laser Scatter Total Dust Measure method. This method utilizes the diffraction of laser beams to evaluate the density of dust in the beam path. It is sensitive to as little as one tenth of one microgram of dust per cubic meter of air (0.1 UG/M3). The test results were acceptable and within the established OSHA standards. Please see Section VII for locations and results.

X)ue to the outside air conditions with elevated dust levels and fumes from the World Trade Center clean up process, Ci'SI recommends that the outside fresh air louvers be kept closed and only opened when outside air has bees checked by building engineering staff to be odor and dust free. Lack of fresh outside air will result in elevated Carbon Dioxide levels during building full occupancy after 10:00 AM. Tenants may report an increase in symptoms such as but not limited to headaches, mild dizziness and fatigue.
