The scope of work consists of cleaning the interior of Apartment 2 at 132 Duane Street, New York, New York. There is concern regarding dust/debris located behind plastic sheeting installed over some of the windows in the apartment. The following modified Scope B cleaning procedures shall be utilized:

D. The plastic sheeting installed over the windows shall be removed after the framing and plastic has been installed. The plastic sheeting on the windows shall be wet-wiped and HEPA vacuumed prior to removal. The surfaces behind the plastic sheeting and the windows shall be cleaned utilizing HEPA vacuuming and wet wiping techniques.
E. The list of items to be discarded, as prepared by the apartment owner, shall be removed from the premises.
F. The apartment shall be cleaned after scope of work for affected windows is completed.
