SCOPE R WORK PROCEDTIRF.
The scope of work consists of cleaning the interior of Apartment 2 at 132 Duane Street, New York, New York. TTiere is concern regarding dust/debris located behind plastic sheeting installed over some of the windows in the apartment. The following modified Scope B cleaning procedures shall be utilized:
A. We shall provide disposable protective clothing and respiratory protective equipment for the cleaning personnel.
B. We shall construct a two (2) stage remote Personal Decontamination Facility at a location to be determined based upon project conditions. The stairwell entrance to the apartment shall be utilized to enter/exit the apartment.
C. We shall install framing and plastic sheeting to effectively isolate the plastic covered windows from the surrounding apartment areas. HEPA equipped air filtration equipment shall be utilized within the framed area.
D. The plastic sheeting installed over the windows shall be removed after the framing and plastic has been installed. The plastic sheeting on the windows shall be wet-wiped and HEPA vacuumed prior to removal. The surfaces behind the plastic sheeting and the windows shall be cleaned utilizing HEPA vacuuming and wet wiping techniques.
E. The list of items to be discarded, as prepared by the' apartment owner, shall be removed from the premises.
F. The apartment shall be cleaned after scope of work for affected windows is completed.
