We have identified a qualified contractor to perform the duct cleaning and will provide you updates on the timing and process as they become available. 13. The exterior of the building is being cleaned both with HEPA vacuums, which is under way and power washing, which will start in a few days. 14. As a reminder, while the masonry work and exterior cleaning of the building is being performed, it is important that all windows be closed to ensure that dust from the repair work and/or water from the cleaning do not enter your apartments.
