MOSES WERE ATIACHED AND THE HYDRANT WAS TURNED ON AT APPROXIMATELY 09:00 AM. AT APPROXIMATELY 11:00 AM THE ON DUTY MANAGER OF THE BURGER KING RESTAURANT ALERTED ME TO A FIOODING CONDITION iN THE BASEMENT OF THE RESTAURANT. ALTHOUAL NO POWERWASHING OF THE PREMISE MAD OCCURRED. WATER WAS LEAKING INTO THE BASEMENT THROUGH THE CEILING. IT WAS NOT APPARENT AT FIRST THAT THE HYDRANT WAS THE CAUSE OF THE FLOODING THE HANAGER OF THE BURGER KINGI CALED A PLUMBING CONTRAGTOR IMMEDIATELY TO LOOK FOR POSSIBLE BROKEN PIPES IN THE BUILDING WWEN ND BROWEN PIPES WERE FOUND, THE USE OF THE FIRE MUDRANT WAS DIS CONT INUED. THE LEAKINSWATER SUBSIDED SHORTL THEREAFTER. THE UEAKING WATER FROM THE MYDRANT CAUSED DAMAGE TO APPROKIMATELY 250 SQUARE FEET OF CEILING SHEETROCK. PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE WATER DAMAGE ARE ATTACHED.
