Inspection Details:
As part of the survey, the Mechanical and the Environmental Professionals inspected the following HVAC system
types. All identification data and visual inspections are documented in the attached checklists.
A. A total of (30) mechanical exhaust fans of kitchens and bathrooms located on the upper roof, (13) mechanical
kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans located on the lower roof and (01) fresh air intake for the elevator room.
B. HVAC unit is located on the upper roof and serves north side of the hallways.
C. HVAC unit is located on the upper roof and serves south side of the hallways
D. HVAC unit is located on the lower roof and serves the 2nd floor hallway of the townhouses.
E. A/C unit is located on the upper bulkhead of the elevator room and serves the elevator room.
F. One (01) AC split unit is located on the ground floor and serves the gym.
G. One (01) AC split unit is located on the ground floor in the playroom and serves playroom.
H. One (01) Lobby AC unit is located on the ground floor in the gym area and serves the lobby
Summary of Findings:
WTC related dust was observed in the mechanical exhaust fans 4 30, 29, 28, 26, 25, 16, 12, 04 and the lobby AC unit.
Scope of work:
Cleaning is required to remove WTC related dust from:
- The exhaust fans# 30, 29, 28, 26, 2$,16, l Jand their associated components.
- Lobby AC unit its associated components, located on the ground floor in the gym area and serving the lobby.
