Re: 350 Albany street, Manhattan. NY Evaluation Report for Building HVAC & Environmental Inspection for WTC Related Dust

Dear Mr. Wilson:

Athenica Environmental Services, Inc. and Duct Dusters performed Building HVAC & Environmental inspections on February 3 & 6, 2003.

OuaIifications:

Duct Dusters (DD) is a NADCA certified corporation Mr. Matt Provenzano and Tony Gallo of DD performed the inspections of the HVAC and exhaust systems in conjunction with New York State certified Asbestos Inspector Mr. Vasilis Bellos of Athenica Environmental Services, Inc (AES) and Mr. Matthew Schoen of USEPA.

Background:

350 Albany street is a sixteen (16) story building with 138 residential units managed by RY Management at (212) 534- 7771. The manager of the building is Ms. Teresa Tota at 212 —534-7771 ext 118. Mr. Robert Alloca at 212-945-2329 is the superintendent ofthe building.

Post 9/11 Maintenance History:

Post 9/11 maintenance activity reports were available at the time of our inspection. On February 3, 2003 The superintendent ofthe building Mr. Robert Alloca at 212-945-2329 provided us with a copy. According to an October 11, 2001 invoice, Chute Master cleaned the kitchen and bathroom exhaust air duct risers, roof fans, and diffusers on September 25, 2001. Additionally, a March 21, 2001 invoice indicates Chute Master cleaned the exhaust duds of the six townhouses (320- 340 Albany St.) on November 27, 2001. These invoices are attached to this report.
