Re: WTC HVAC Report for 50 Pine Street

Dear Mr. Confortini,

According to visual inspection conducted by our HVAC Specialist Duct* Dusters Air Duct Cleaning, Environmental Technologies Division, Cole Consulting Corp hereby recommend that one equipment should be cleaned because WTC dust was found in the equipment. The Bathroom exhaust on the roof was impacted and should be cleaned.

All other systems were not impacted. Please note that there is one (I) Passive Shaft/Duct unit in this building. This constitutes one (I) inspection. Also there are three (3) Mechanical Exhaust System units on the roof. These constitute one (I) inspection. Thus we have a total of two (2) inspections in this building.

Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any question with this report.

Yours truly, Environmental Technologies

John Anuforo Division Manager
