INSPECTION DISCLOSED: 9/20/02 (Friday) : Steven Parmagiani, Project Manager, Miguel Rodriguez ,Cert#89050, Handler Supervisor + 5 Handlers, Idris Idowu, Project Monitor. The crew started mobilizing at 8am to the bulkhead roof to clean the gravel with massive debris. The roof surfaces were never cleaned. Work completed at 8pm after bagging all the gravel and 60 bags of waste was generated. The parapit walls at all four sides were also washed. 9/21/02 (Saturday): Steven Parmagiani, Miguel Rodriguez and fi ve handlers. Two handlers on the roof washing the bulkhead facade of east and south side using safety lines. The rest of the three handlers were setting-up the plastic and dyke on the sidewalk on william street to prepare for facade washing. Due to the street closure and acivities on water street and all the cross streets from Fulton to Broad Streets for NBA Hoop Weekend (the boom truck had to travel through Bowling Green to Trinity Place to Liberty Street to William Street) the boom made to the site at 12noon only and washing began. Washing of bulkhead facades completed and two handlers began cleaning the roof gutters. The facade washing complted at 7pm on william street and the windows needed to cleaned. The crew left the site. 9/22/02 ( Sunday): Miguel Rodriguez, Sal Dipoala, Supervisors and six handlers. Three handlers at each side (east and west) began washing and cleaning the PH2 level facade and windows. Due to the mass scheduled for the day Pine street facade washing to start after 1:30pm. Crew began prepping the sidewalk. The boomtruck would not lift and the supervisor consults with project manager. I observed that the safety pins on the equipment was not removed and the four wheels were not extended maximum to outward. I ask the supervisor operator to perform these tasks and the equipment was ready for use. The washing began at 4pm on Pine street facade. The facade was completed at 7pm and a visual inspection was not satisfactory and recleaning was started. The PH2 facade cleaning was also not satisfactory and areas requiring additional cleaning were pointed to the supervisor. Additonal cleaning completed at 9pm. The windows cleaning on william street began. All the cleaning were completed at IOpm and crew began to unload the supplies and equipment from PH2 level setback to the street and left the site at 11:15pm.

Project completed.
