III. RESTORATION SERVICE'S

A. Walls • All walls will be IIEPA vacuumed then wet /dry-cleaned as needed and deodorized. The walls will be vacuumed using highly efficient HEM filters. Some walls will be stained. If this is the case, we will dry clean and prep the surface for painting. 13. Ceilings — All ceilings, both plaster and concrete will he 1TII'A vacuumed. The ceilings will be cleaned, deodorized, and rinsed. C. Windt?w ramos/Doors and Jambs — These will he wet and/or dry cleaned and deodorized with specially equipped IIFPA vacuums. Perimeter building windows will be cleaned inside and out. I). Light Fixtures — All light fixtures will be IIEPA vacuumed, cleaned in place and deodorized. Some disassembly and re-assembly may he required. H. Carpeting — Carpeting will he IiEPA vacuumed, pro-sprayed, cleaned, restored and deodorized. P. Cabinets & Shelving — All cabinets and shelving will be HEPA vacuumed, cleaned and deodorized. G. Restrooms — All restroorns displayed varying amounts of concrete dust and soot due to attraction to cool areas. All surfaces and built-ins will be iiI?PA vacuumed, cleaned, deodorized and polished. t !. Kitchen Equipment I Utensils — All counters, cabinets and surfaces will . he I IF.PA vacuumed, cleaned and polished with a cleaner. All loose contents in this area, exposed to the open airborne soot, will he cleaned. Floor, walls, fixtures and furniture will be cleaned. 1. HVAC (Air Conditioning) - The individual HVAC units will be disassembled, I IBPA vacuumed, cleaned, deodorized and reassembled. P.
