G. The soot fallout particulate is light and mitigates in the air fmm the combustion of plastics, concrete and building materials.

17. Concrete dust and smoke odor is extremely severe throughout. The nature of the explosion creates this special problem worthy of extensive treatment due to the fact that the types of materials are light with airborne microscopic particles. Prolonged exposure to the atmosphere inside the building has a tendency to irritate the eyes and throat.

E. The window mounted I IVAC units have suffered heavy damage from concrete dust and soot fallout.

F. The soot fallout particulate is light and floats from the combustion or plastics, concrete and building materials. All contents and surfaces show varying, degrees of soot litllout and concrete dust. There does appear, at this time to be a specific pattern for the migration of the soot and concrete dust, but the end result dries appear to have ailbcted virtually all areas on their outside surfaces only.

0. All building contents show evidence of light to heavy soot fallout and concrete dust contamination. The inside of cabinets, desks and fixtures show that the fallout has mitigated to all surfaces inside and out.

II. OVERVIEW OF THE WORK FLOW

A. We intend to start with corridors, the lobby and stairwells, to keep cross contamination to a minimum. 'i'his will be re-cleaned before the buildings opening. 13. We will mobilize for the project with our management team, supplies, equipment, etc. C. Our crew will consist of 27 and we anticipate the total amount of time of our involvement will be between 15 to 20 workdays. I). We are proposing some initial fogging work in the open air spaces while gearing up with work iorecs. We will concentrate on getting; the common areas completed so that restoration of units may resume as soon as possible. We anticipate completion of the project within a month.
