American 'Technologies Inc., American Restoration conducted an inspection on September 21, 2001 due to damage resulting from an explosion originating on September 11, 2001. As a result of the investigation and discussions, we are prepared to make some recommendations and can separate our involvement into a scope of work. The preliminary scope covers the circumstances. workflow. restoration services, contingencies and cost projections.

I. CIRCUMSTANCRS

A. The explosion started at the World Trade Center causing moderate to heavy concrete dust and soot lallout in the entire apartment complex.

B. The entire building area of the facility has suffered varying degrees of'damage from soot failout, concrete dust and concrete odor.
