R. Environmental Control System Negative air machines will be used in corridors, individual apartments and in common areas during the time that we are cleaning that particular area. Negative air machines use I IRPA filtration to filter the concrete dust and soot fallout from the air inside the units to the outside air.

S. l:levator Shafts — The elevator maintenance company should he contacted. Their personnel will need to accompany us in conducting an inspection of the shaft from the top of the car. From past experience, the shaft will need to be HEPA vacuumed, cleaned with degrease and then deodorized. It is imperative that our work is completed prior to regular service to the elevator to prevent further contamination of the concrete dust and soot by the bellows effect of the elevator movement.

This will be one of the first tasks addressed along with the last because they will he re-cleaned upon the re-opening of the building.
