X. Exterior — The owner needs to contact a window company to replace the broken and damaged windows. We will set up an exterior swing stage in order to power wash the buildings exterior, windows and ledges. The windows will be cleaned on the exterior while die set up swing is in place.

V. PROCEDURES

A. In order to meet the set objectives, good communications and an accurate understanding between the insured and American Technologies and Restoration is a must. A weekly meeting should he scheduled to facilitate overall coordination and to work out any day-to-day problems that may arise. B. Authorization of any work done will be confirmed by the initialing of each page of the scope and signing a letter of agreement. Any additional work not addressed in this scope will he drawn up as amendments and signed before that work takes place. C. All supervisors will be uniformed and all workers in smocks. All personnel will be hadted for security and identification purposes. Bach supervisor will turn in a crew sheet at the beginning of their shift that will list where they will be working, who is on their crew and what work they will be performing: D. Material Safety Data sheets are available on request. American 'Technologies and Restoration is very health and safety conscious and will cooperate in any way to insure good industrial hygiene practices for the duration of'the project. E. We will need an area for distribution of supplies and also will need telephone service for outside communications. 1'. Authorization of work to be done by American Technologies and Restoration will he confirmed by the initialing of each page of the scope. U. American Technologies, Incorporated cannot be responsible fir prior conditions occurring from fire and or explosion damage/previous conditions. 11. The client shall, upon American Technologies' written request, provide American Technologies with any in formation that is necessary or relevant for American Technologies to evaluate give notice of or enforce mechanics lien rights. Such information shall include a correct statement of the record legal title to the property on which the work is being performed, Client's interest in such property as of the E11'cctive Date and, within five (5) days aver any change, information concerning such change. i. Any payment due and unpaid past 30 days, shall bear interest front the date payment was due at (18%) per annum. In the event we arc forced to file a claim, you will he responsible for all attorneys' fees.
