This inspection was the continued monitoring of the DEP dean-up activities at the site. All work to be performed in accordance with contracts WTC-LBC and WTC-LBA. Clarifications and updates were provided to the contractors and residents by e-mail. Copies of correspondence to be incorporated with these inspection reports.

The Project Monitor Mr. Peter Koslowsky and Mr. Mohammed Khan and the site supervisor Mr. Marek Jendroska (S Cert. #91763) were present on site at my arrival. Certificates were checked. I entered the work area with the project monitor and the site supervisor. We were joined by Mr. Alphonso Plumptre shortly thereafter.

Isolation barriers requiring repair and reinstallation were identified. The site supervisor was directed to take the corrective actions. House electric power was observed on (11th floor). Corrective action directed. On the 9"' floor the temporary lights were on without the cages (directed to be installed during the previous inspections). Corrective actions directed. Cuts In polyethylene at sinks noted (straight cuts, not tears). Corrective action directed. Tears in barriers also noted.
