Contact Person At Site Time of Inspection
Marek J Trzepietowski — Project manager 8am — 4pm
On arrival Inspection disclosed before the project could begin we had to contact NYDP, OEM & DOT to have
four vehicles towed. The Warren & Panzer representative was Gregegor Boron. The roof cleaning began first
followed by the facade. A remote decontamination system was built on the 2nd floor of 10-12 Maiden Lane.
There were four small roofs at the lower level, which were also addressed. Later in the day a dike was built on
the sidewalk and cleaning started on the facade. Work went ahead as scheduled. The site was monitored by
Dennis Antzoulatos, and Carlstien Lutchmedial.
At about 12:30 pm DEP along with Bob Fitzpatrick performed a final visual of the roof and found that it
required a lot more cleaning. Cleaning then continued with DEP requesting more cleaning in some areas. A
final was performed on the roof and facade and it was found to be free of WTC debris.
