The Warren & Panzer representative was Gregegor Boron (7/20/02) & Cheetram Ramraj (7/21/02). The roof cleaning began first followed by the facade. A remote decontamination system was built on the 2 nd floor. There were four small roofs at the lower level, which were also addressed. Later in the day a dike was built on the sidewalk and cleaning started on the facade. Work went ahead as scheduled. The site was monitored by Dennis Antzoulatos, Dennis White, and Carlstien Lutchmedial.
On 7/21/02 cleaning continued with DEP requesting more cleaning in some areas. A final was performed on the roof and facade and it was found to be free of WTC debris.
