The walk-through of the 9th floor again disclosed that most personal belongings were not within the apartment. Resident had some questions regarding the staging area and was concerned that components of built in cabinents would be consolidated and then would be difficult to restore. It was suggested that a floor plan be used, the rooms numbered and a small number be placed at the bottom of drawers and shelving prior to our cleaning activities. The recessed lighting in this apartment would most likely not be reusable since it attached to the ceiling sheet rock that is being is

removed and discarded. The issue of the cabinetry hardware was again discussed. An air purifying unit that was covered in thick dust and the resident agreed to its disposal. The library room paneling was to be removed prior to cleaning activities so that the library could later be restored. Most components of the fireplace would be removed from place due to the removal of the sheet rock. A listing od items was not provided.

The removal of waste and placement of the waste decor were discussed. The service elevator is smaller than the passenger elevator and is not reachable directly from the apartments. ETS and the construction manager (Donovan) discussed plans to remove the lobby stone in one area so that entry into the restaurant was possible from the lobby.
