I I TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS I 1.0 All personnel engaged in the cleaning shall be NYS and NYC licensed asbestos handlers and/or supervisors.
1. The Contractor shall provide and install a personnel and waste decontamination unit in accordance with the Contract Documents.
2. All personnel shall wear personnel protective equipment (PPE) while in the work

3. The Contractor shall provide and install isolation barriers between all contaminated and clean areas.

5. Each contained work area shall have a triple curtained entranceway constructed of six mil poly.

All contaminated waste disposed of by Contractor shall identify Lions Head 53 Development LLC as the waste generator. Labels shall indicate waste was generated by World Trade Center incident.
All potentially contaminated, or contaminated items returned to tenants shall identify the tenant or the owner of said item(s) as the waste generator. Such items include, but are not limited to, clothing, mattresses, box springs, bed clothes, furniture, electronics or any other items.
