JCB Perform Ambient Environmental Sampling Page 2 of 2 37 Murray Street Apartment SA Ne,A York, New York JCB#: 02-2564 January 23, 2002

The allowable airborne concentrations designated by NIOSH suggest that the health effects of both copper and chromium are considered to be less toxic than that of lead. Since there are currently no applicable guidelines or standards for copper and chromium in dust wipe samples, the current standards for lead will be applied to all parameters.

As you can reference from the attached laboratory analytical report, none of the metal samples collected revealed concentrations that exceeded the referenced guidance value.

Ambient sampling for the presence of benzene and sulfur dioxide was performed by a qualified environmental technician utilizing "Draeger Test Tube" technology.

The results of the sampling did not reveal any detectable concentrations of benzene or sulfur dioxide.

Attached please find a copy of the laboratory results. If there are any questions or if more information is needed, please feel free to call.

Sincerely,

Dave Glassmaim J.C. BRODERICK & ASSOCIATES, INC. Attach.
